How do we work?

1. Product search
We search for products tailored to our client’s expectations – from verified sources and with the best quality-price ratio. It is possible to receive samples of selected goods before placing an order.

2. Supplier verification
Mutual trust is crucial for us. By commissioning us the realization of the order, our clients may be assured that the suppliers with whom we establish cooperation on their behalf will be thoroughly verified, and the agreed terms of cooperation will be met.

3. Prototype creation
We enable our clients to create their own products – without restrictions in terms of their type and branch. We can find a factory, which will prepare a prototype on the basis of the provided data – drawings, a sample, or design guidelines.

4. Organization of mass production
The next step, after accepting the quotation for the requested goods, is placing an order for the mass production. The organization of the process rests on our shoulders – we are responsible for signing the contract with the supplier, supervising the realization of the order, reporting on production status on an ongoing basis and providing information on when it will be possible to prepare the goods for shipment.

5. Certification
Currently, placing most products on the market requires having corresponding certificates. We not only provide the clients with the documents delivered by the supplier for verification, but also, if necessary, request additional certificates.

6. Quality control
Before shipment, each produced product undergoes thorough quality control. Afterwards, the clients receive a report in the form of a video and photos, along with our commentary and opinion on whether the products meet the predetermined objectives.

7. Loading and logistics
We advise on the most suitable means of transportation, assist in contacts with shipping companies, and transfer the goods to the appropriate ports. We oversee the loading of each container (homogeneous as well as consolidation) and prepare a detailed report on its contents and the amount of packed goods.

8. Shipping and customs documentation
Our role does not end with the shipment of goods from China. We support the entire process of customs clearance, prepare the necessary documents, and deliver them both to the client and the transport company, and, if necessary, complete further formalities. Moreover, we provide a comprehensive after-sales service in Poland.
