Qingmingjie is one of the most important holidays in the Chinese calendar. It is celebrated about 15 days after the spring solstice, this year it falls on April 5. As a reminder, the dates of Chinese holidays are based on the lunar calendar, so according to our Gregorian calendar, these holidays take place on different days each year.

Canton Fair, also known as the China Import and Export Fair, is the largest and oldest fair in China – the first edition was held in 1957.
The 133rd edition of the fair will begin on April 15 and will last until May 5. After 6 editions of the online fair, the fair is returning in stationary form.

On March 4, a new consolidation hub for freight trains on the China-Europe route was put into operation. This is the sixth hub of its kind on the Silk Road.
